Obama and the Communist Dictator: How Obama helped him to power

A must see!!!  No this won’t happen in America, but you have to question Obama’s judgment to campaign for such a person.  It would be one thing if Obama had not campaigned for this Communist Dictator, but that is not what happened.  It would be another if this was 20 years ago when he was in his twenties.  But NO, Obama traveled to Kenya in 2006 as a member of the US Senate on a US tax payer funded trip.  On this trip, he campaigned for Odinga.  When Odinga didn’t win what happened?  He told his supporters to protest and incite violence.  His supporters went on a mass killing spree burning Christian women and children alive.  Eventually after killing enough of the opposition party, Odinga violently seized control of the Kenya Government.  Once he claimed control as a communist dictator, he instituted Islamic Law, outlawed Christianity, and made Kenya a safe haven for Islamic terrorists.  Obama campaigned for him and kept relations with him until December 2007.

Apparently at the request of Condolezza Rice Obama taped a message that was aired in Air America in order to stop the violence. If he was this great leader of change, he could have contacted Odinga and negotiated a truce, right?   He made a phone call to Odinga to stop the violence, but did it help?  No.  Just like when he says he will negotiate with terrorists, it won’ work either.  Any undecideds please rethink your position and vote for a true patriot John McCain.

Precedence to try terrorists under UCMJ

Should a terrorist have more constitutional rights than the military? If a military person commits a crime, they are tried under the UCMJ. So should a terrorist have more rights than our own military? There is precedence for Guantanimo Bay and terrorists being tried under the UCMJ. Read this Wall Street Journal article which states the following:

“There is ample constitutional precedent to support the detention of a suspected al Qaeda agent, even an American citizen, who plans to carry out terrorist attacks on our soil. During World War II, eight Nazi saboteurs secretly landed in New York to attack factories and plants. Two of them were American citizens.

After their capture, FDR sent them to military detention, where they were tried and most of them executed. In Ex Parte Quirin, the Supreme Court upheld the detention and trial by military authorities of American citizens who “associate” with “the military arm of the enemy” and “enter this country bent on hostile acts.” If FDR were president today, Padilla might have fared far worse than he has.”
